The making of a Dream: What makes ‘Museum Hotel George Molfetas’ unique. Part III


I was here at least 14 hours a day as a forman, architect and decorator and the fatigue of the day was gone when the results were proving beyond expectation.
When my first guests arrived, two days after the birth of my grandson, the June skies registered three of the happiest persons on this speck of land, when the bride and groom were out of breath with the beauty that they encountered.
Ever since, I see my dream realized on the face of my guests when they experience the comfort, the ambience and the unique tastes of recipes lost in the path of time and speedy deliverance. We cook for the enjoyment of both, our guests and of ourselves and I make sure that I help all interested parties to take with them back home tips of sound Mediterranean healthy cooking.
